This is my first experience with Fort Collins Motorsports and I couldnt be happier. I brought my 2016 Polaris rzr xp4 turbo here after reading various reviews and looking at travel distance to the other dealers. I called and talked with Scott in the service department and he made me feel comfortable in bringing my rzr here. They were not busy in the service department and could get me right in. Normally if a service department can get you right in, are they really good?? Well they are. When I arrived with my rzr Dean Archambo was my service representative. We did the normal check in. My problem with my rzr was a knocking sound coming from the front on rough roads. I had made attempts to fix it with no success: A-arm bushings, disconnect the sway bar and wiggling what I could. I also wanted a tech to give the rzr a good check up, since I bought this used. Dean said he would call when the Tech, Cory Dale had looked at it. Dean called back 2 days later and gave me the news to the tune of about $1400. Ouch! Now suspicions started to rise. Cory wasnt able to replicate the knock but he said the front drive shafts and A-arm bushings had a lot of movement. I was very hesitant but said to do it. I told Dean that this better not be throwing parts at a problem hoping to get lucky. This I will have to give another review if that is the case. I wont be happy then. Back to the review. I thought about it over night and decided I needed to see and talk with them. The next morning I met Cory. He was very professional and patient showing what he recommended. He went for a ride with me and drove himself but no knock. But I now feel very comfortable with the work to be done. Couple days later Dean said the rzr was ready. Cory had also found a low speed surge and tried a new Polaris drive belt ( I had a Gates belt on) and the surge went away. I bought a belt from them after checking Rocky Mountain Atv website and found that the dealer price was only $10 more, very surprising. I hope I dont have to do a follow-up review because I like these guys.

I was some what hesitant to replace it without disconnecting the ECU , which I did , unfortunately I did not know that would ruin my tune , which it did . Let me just say I dont travel with my tuner , I will from now on . Anyway the bike ran so hot I knew it would be a long trip (17 days) I stopped at Indian at Fort Collins where Jared reflashed my bike to Indian stage 2 . I wanted to take a moment and comment about our recent buying experience. Our Salesman J.T. did an excellent job, he was honest a forthcoming throughout the entire process. We live in Fruita Colorado a little over 300 miles away from Fort Collins, so we were a little nervous about purchasing something sight unseen. J.T. stayed in contact with us from Thursday until we arrived to pick up our 2016 Polaris RZR on Saturday. J.T. recognized me somehow when I walked in the door and greeted me by name. Another thing that impressed me about J.T. is that once he saw my wifes name in correspondence, he referred to her by name from that point on and not just your wife or spouse. The Polaris looked amazing when we picked it up! Other than a few minor scuffs and scratches (which J.T. pointed out to me in full disclosure), the unit looked just like new! Stew also did a great job, he had all the final paperwork ready to go so that we were in and out of his office in 15 or 20 minutes. We certainly did not feel rushed but appreciated being able to get it done quickly since we had 300 miles to drive back to Fruita.

First off Jim from the sales department was excellent when I first made the inquiry about a wr250r that was for sale and he even helped out tremendously while at the dealership. He didn't pressure me to see the bike till I could make it. Once at the dealership I was shown the bike and any questions I had about the bike were answered. Even if I didn't get the answer right away someone at the dealership had the answer. The step by step sales negotiations and checking out process were straight forward. I walked out of the dealership with a used bike and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of at all. They even helped me load the bike and properly secure it for my long haul back home.

I had purchased my Victory at Twin Peaks Yamaha. After they closed in the spring of 2009, my closest dealer was in Denver. I was pleased when F.C. Motorsports became a Victory dealer. As an added bonus, I learned that mechanic Chris Drieth, formerly with Twin Peaks, was now working at the dealership! Even though I had never purchased a motorcycle (or anything else that I can remember) from F.C. Motorsports, I was always warmly welcomed by all the employees. This year they became an Indian dealer, making them even more attractive. This fall I finally made a real purchase and bought a new Indian Chieftain. The first time my husband and I went to Fort collins motor sports was just to check out victory motorcycles. We had heard alot of good things about them and we knew were interested in upgrading our bikes. When we walked into their center and we were greeted. Their Sales staff was very knowledgeable and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. We worked Kawika, and Ryan they were very funny, easy to talk to and not pushy. It wasn't about making a sale. It was about finding out what we wanted and figuring out if they had it or how they could get it for us. Although we did not buy a bike that time we have gone back several times and always felt welcome. My bother and I participated in the demo days last year and I found my dream bike, the 2013 Victory Judge. Soon there after I lost my job and I didn't think that buying a bike was a sound idea. Now a year later I have a new job! Three weeks ago my husband bought a 2014 Vegas 8 ball. Last week my Bother bought a 2013 Highball. And now my turn has come to get my 2013 Judge! A little bit of searching was involved and the bike has to brought in from the border of Nebraska and Iowa But it will be on it's way soon and I couldn't be much happier right now. We have enjoyed going to the Fort collins motor sports center and look forward to working with them in the future.

This place definitely has the nicest showroom in Northern Colorado. I just bought my first road bike from FCM and I absolutely love it. They made sure I was on the right bike - not just the most expensive one. The salesman James M. made sure of this and helped me negotiate the best deal for my trades (atv + dirtbike). If I had the $$$ I'd buy a new toy from James all the time. If you're looking for a wide selection and people who know their stuff, this is the place to go.

This place has excellent customer service, a clean showroom, and quality employees. I recently bought my first bike there, Kawasaki Ninja 250r. I went in looking for a lower cc bike, but I also wanted to see how difficult it would be to ride a 600cc for a beginner. The let me try out whichever bike I wanted, and when I went for the less expensive bike, they were just really happy to have helped me find the right one. I don't think I will be shopping anywhere else!

My 2009 VStar had a recall for the fuel lines and I was not able to ride the bike to the shop for the repair. I called Fort Collins Motorsports, and after a couple of phone calls, got the bike picked up at my house. After 3-4 days in the shop for the repairs, they delivered my bike to my house. They were very helpful and understanding about my situation and took care of the problem. A big thank you to the guys for taking care of me. I will do my shopping in the future at Fort Collins Motorsports, and will recommend them to anybody looking for a great place to buy a bike!

I was in the dealership with my son today to pick up his ATV that he brought in for a snow blade attachment and while waiting there I was checking out the new Razors and ended up buying one. I must say I had a really great buying experience. Ryan (general manager) and Jake in finance as well as Ryan in parts are all great to work with. And the young salesman (sorry can't remember his name) who was pretty new at the dealership made sure I had all of the information needed and the facts about the RZR to make a good decision. I felt they were honest and up front with me and made me feel comfortable just being in the showroom. I will definitely be going back for accessories and more. The whole staff made the process fast and easy. They truly want you to come back in the future and it shows. I am pleased with my purchase and plan to have a long working relationship with this dealership. Thanks guys!!

"Only three letters can descibe Fort Collins Motor Sports "WOW". These guy's are freaking awesome. My trailer broke off my towing vehicle and my Polaris was not in great shape. I just arrived in South Fork Colorado from Texas for my week long trail ride but my Polaris was damaged really bad and undrivealbe so I contacted Fort Colins Motor Sports thinking it was in Fort Garland. Really dumb mistake on my part. Anyway these guys "Derek and Alan" order my parts and had them shipped over night knowing that I needed them to continue my vacation. I then realized that they are in the northern part of Colorado and i'm in the southern part. Without hesitation and knowing that I was in a pickle Derek sent Alan to meet me halfway because he knew that I was having a run of bad luck.. AGAIN THESE GUYS ARE FREAKING ASWESOME. Hats off for the great job and going above and beyond to help a customer out. WOW and double WOW. When I get ready to buy a new polaris I will buy from Fort Collins Motor Sports even though I leave in Texas."

"I have been a repeat customer at Fort Collins Motorsports many times. From boots to gloves to helmets. I even brought my wheels down to get new tires installed as no one in Cheyenne will mount and balance tires unless you buy tires from them. I bought my tires online and saved money by taking them to Fort Collins for installation. Everyone there is always helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased an Icon helmet which had a manufacturer's defect. When I returned the helmet, Allen helped me out and was very understanding. He explained that he would do whatever he could to work with their supplier to get me taken care of. I had a replacement helmet within 1 day. I dropped it off Saturday and even being closed on Sun/Mon, he called me Tuesday morning to inform me I had an identical replacement helmet waiting for me. I always seem to find a reason to stop in the store any time I pass through Fort Collins, even when I don't need anything. I recommend them to everyone I know!"

"My boys and I purchased two used and one new dual sport motorcycles. From the time I walked into the showroom the sales staff recognized that I was a serious buyer and worked as a conduit to the sales manager who then worked me personally. Deals were negotiated and sealed with a handshake. The professional support staff followed up and closed each sale in a timely manner. As part of the purchase of the three modern dual sports, I traded in six vintage dual sport motorcycles. Sight unseen, based only on my descriptions of the vintage dual sports, the sales department offered me a premium trade in price. I believe that FCMS was not disappointed with the trade-ins.
